Generations Riviera Maya Family Resort Catamaran, Water Park & More Inclusive, Puerto Morelos

We had an amazing stay at Generations! The service was top-notch from the moment we arrived with a refreshing welcome. The dining options were gourmet and exceeded our expectations, particularly at the Wine Kitchen. The only small downside was that one room service order was a tad cold. Overall, though, the experience was fantastic and we can't wait to come back!

We had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, which we really appreciated, and the pool was beautiful. However, the dining experience and service left a lot to be desired, especially with the long wait times and lack of clear communication. The resort is also quite noisy at times, which made it hard to fully relax.

We had an incredible time at Generations. The staff was exceptional, making our stay memorable, and the food was delicious all around. I had a lovely vacation at Generations! The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. While the food was great, we experienced a few hiccups with room service and some minor details that were missing during our stay. Overall, the natural beauty and hospitality made for a memorable experience, but there were definitely areas for improvement.
